How to produce Customer statements
To produce customer statements, open Accounts Receivable > Customer statements.
- Click on New
- Select the format of the statements you require (e.g. Balance forward, Balance Owing etc.)
- Choose the period for which you want to produce statements (October 2016)
- Choose if you wish to produce 0 Statements
- Select the customers you wish to produce the statements for and then click on Update.
- You will get a message asking if you want to print the statements. You can print at this time if you want. Another option, however, is to answer No and then choose Report and Customer Statement to view the statements before printing
- When you choose to print, if you select Auto, customers flagged as email will be emailed and those flagged as print will be printed out
